How do I access my courses?
After your course purchase, login with your user name and password (if necessary), then just click on Your Courses at the top of the page.
You can also access Your Courses by clicking here (login required).
Are your videos compatible with my browser?
Our online streaming videos are compatible with all modern browsers that are kept to date. We use a 3rd Party streaming service that uses HTML5 to host our videos. No Flash needed!
However, office security settings, browser plugins and malware have been known to interrupt the streaming service – we cannot provide technical support for this.
Can I watch your videos on a mobile device?
Yes. Generally speaking, as long as you can view YouTube or Vimeo videos, you should not have any problems. However, data rates will apply if you are using a cellular network.
How long do I have access to the course?
You have access to the course material and post test for three years after the date of purchase. You will have access to the Certificate of Completion for as long as you need it.
