How do I access my courses after I purchase them?
After your course purchase, login with your user name and password (if necessary), then just click on Your Courses at the top of the page.

What is High Speed Internet? Do I have it?
If you can watch videos on www.Youtube.com or www.Vimeo.com/watch, then you DO have High Speed Internet and will be able to watch our online courses.

In technical terms, High Speed Internet is defined as 4 megabits per second in terms of how fast a file can be downloaded. If you have a Cable Modem, Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) or Google Fiber then you have high speed internet.  If you have access to a WI-FI network then  that is probably sufficient as well. 

Are your videos compatible with my browser/computer?
Our online streaming videos are compatible with all modern browsers that are kept up-to-date.  We use a 3rd Party video streaming service to host our videos so they load quickly and efficiently.  No Flash needed!

Occasionally, office security/firewall settings, browser plug-ins or "malware" have been known to be problematic with the streaming service.  We do not provide technical support for these situations and kindly ask that you reach out to your technical support department of choice.

Can I watch your videos on a cellphone, tablet or other mobile device?
Yes.  If you're able to watch www.Youtube.com or www.Vimeo.com videos on your mobile device, then our online courses will work as well.  However, please keep in mind that data rates may apply if you are using a cellular network and don't have an unlimited data plan.

How long do I have access to the course?
You have access to the course material and post test for one year after the date of purchase. You will have access to the Certificate of Completion for as long as you need it.

What happens if I need more time?
Contact us here and we will make arrangements to extend your course access. This can only be done once.

What if I accidentally purchased the same course twice?
Contact us here and we will offer you a credit for a similar course (of equal or lesser value).

Are your courses refundable?
Our courses are not refundable.  Please refer to our return and refund policy.

Why do I have access to the courses for only one year?
The reason for access limited to one-year from the date of purchase is quality control. The American Psychological Association recommends a one-year shelf-life for courses due to changes in content, over time, that can make a course obsolete.

How many times can I take the post-test?
You can keep taking the post-test until you pass it with a score of 75% or higher.

I am a new customer; how do I get my continuing education credit?
Once you have purchased your course the website will guide you through the following:

  • Review Course Material (Online Streaming Video & Related Files)
  • Fill out our course evaluation form. This helps us make better content for YOU :-)
  • Take the post-test
  • Print out your certificate of completion

Can I watch the videos in a group setting?
Yes, we encourage study groups. However, in order to be properly accredited, each individual user must have their own account and have purchased the course.

Are discounted study group rates available?
Yes, please contact us here. There needs to be a minimum of 5 students taking the course at once and we will need the group member’s email addresses to issue them a coupon code.
